It is especially “sweet” to love yourself! Feeling your feelings, focusing on the good, and taking time to care for your body and mind are some ways to show yourself love. Each human has value and greatness to contribute to the world. By focusing on uplifting words throughout the day, we can feel more joy and love for ourselves and others.
When choosing an uplifting word(s), say each word out loud and pay attention to how it makes you feel. Then, use one that resonates and energizes you!

Our Story

Hello! We are so glad you are here!

We are a silly family of 8 from southern CA, but are now in Idaho. We miss the warm days, but really enjoy having seasons. Many in our family have had or are currently going through depression and/or anxiety and we know how difficult it is to turn to positive thoughts and to focus on the good in ourselves rather than the negative.

There is so much negativity in the world with comparing ourselves to others, thinking we need to be perfect, our feelings not being validated and so much more.

We are each a child of a loving God who wants us to have joy in our lives and with His help, we can do anything!

We want to help spread the importance of loving ourselves, including our imperfections.

We sell colorful bracelet kits with positive words for you to enjoy making (unique to you) and then wear as a reminder of how loved and very special you truly are.

These bracelets are a simple, delightful reminder for us to focus on the good and to not stay stuck in the negative. They can help us to move forward after we have felt those tough, unpleasant feelings. They can even be a conversation starter for you to share your story with someone else who might need to hear it.
